Good choice for replacement in Fender Champion 600 and other amps using a 6″ speaker. 6″, 10oz ceramic magnet, 4 ohms, 15 watts, 1″ voice coil. smooth cone for early breakup, low detail, low headroom, crunchy tone.

Will NOT fit in early tweed Champ (w/6″ speaker) without modifying the mounting as shown here.

  1. Laigneau

On a Fender Champion 600 this speaker is just magic, amazing, incredible.
The goal was to upgrade the champ 600 but in my case the amplifier with the weber fits on was not the same. The bass/middle/treble are rich and harmonious, the crunch is arriving quiet earlier with a lot of harmony and rich sound.
This is the perfect mix to play some great bluesy riffs or 60’s garage rock when the volume is high.
    Highly recommended.

Now I can use my OD pedals without the speaker completely farting out like the stock speaker does. It was a drop in replacement in the Gretsch G5222 amp, the magnet is a larger diameter but depth is the same as the stock one, so no issues with mounting, holes all lined up and no interference with tubes or anything, a worth while and easy upgrade.

  3. Alan

I took the 5 inch speaker out of a Roland Micro Cube and carved out an opening to fit a signature 6 speaker. This tiny amp puts out 3 watts, however, it is very loud and has good response through bass, mid-range and treble. I played along with a loud backing track on my computer and the signature 6 delivered crisp, clear tone and every note was clear as a bell. This is the best upgrade for any practice amp.

  4. Biggins

I replaced the stock speaker in my champion 600 and have been gigging this amp and a tele for 3 years. It blows away the original and was hands down the most noticeable upgrade I have made to the amp.
